Yvette brings over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting services. She is a Certified Public Bookkeeper through the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers (since 2006) and a QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor. Yvette is also an active member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers, the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce , and the Intuit QuickBooks ProAdvisor Group (since 2008).
With a lifelong love for numbers and a genuine passion for helping small businesses succeed, Yvette has proudly served hundreds of clients across the Bay Area and throughout the U.S.
In her free time, she enjoys sharing God’s word, oil painting, spending time with family, friends, and exploring the beauty of nature with her dog, Millie.
Julia earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, from the University of Massachusetts Global (UMass Global), graduating Summa Cum Laude. A California native, known for her exceptional organization and attention to detail, Julia brings order to the chaos and keeps things running like clockwork.
Outside of work, she enjoys immersing herself in stories—whether through reading, writing, or watching a good movie—and spending quality time with her family, friends, and her dog, Millie.
Millie holds the most important title in the office — Chief Morale Officer. This sweet and spirited Jack Russell Terrier mix has a gift for lifting spirits, charming visitors, and reminding us that a warm, positive workplace makes all the difference. Whether she’s keeping a watchful eye from her favorite nap spot or greeting clients with an enthusiastic wag, Millie brings a little extra joy to every interaction.
When she’s not on duty, you’ll find her enjoying long walks, happily accepting treats, and tagging along on adventures wherever the team goes. Simply put, the office wouldn’t be the same without her.
